1995 the change of corporate form to a joint stock company took place. In the same year we moved into our current company building in Bergheim near by Cologne, which has, beside the offices, a storage are of 8.500 m2 and a modern high rack warehouse. After the change of corporate and the relocation our business area stayed the same: Simply "Work Safety from top to toe, development, production and sales to specialised trade". In Germany, Greece, Poland, Ungary, Albania, India, Pakistan and China we produce high class work safety gear for various applications and industry lines. The international spreading of our production facilities assures a high degree of flexibility and allows us to respond to costomer specific fabrication wishes. As sales partner and license holder we manifacture Sympatex®-protection gear. In addition, our range also includes other well-known brands with Cover-Line®, Prevent®, Prevent® Trendline, Prevent® Trendline red, Prevent® Sport, Prevent® DK, NI.TECH®, EIBE® and Astro-Protect®. We sell our products to specialised trade only. Part of the ASATEX®-Group is the subsidiary enterprise Wolfgang Mauser® Schutzbekleidung GmbH: Development and production of job and image clothing.
