Dahn & Krieger Architects Planners PC was formed in 1988. Since that time, we have developed a multi-faceted practice consisting of public and private projects, ranging in size from several hundred square feet to 650,000 square feet. We have worked with a variety of clients and have gained valuable experience in all types and phases of the building process. We have also had a great deal of successful experience working with owners, property managers, and building committees in providing the type of comprehensive programming, building evaluation, space planning and construction documentation services needed to provide a proper fit between programming goals, space constraints and project budget. Additionally, we have extensive experience with alteration/renovation work, code compliance work and barrier-free accessibility modifications, and we fully comprehend the inherent challenges presented by projects of this type. In support of our efforts, we have assembled a team of engineering consultants who share our standards and commitment to service and with whom we have worked successfully on numerous projects. We also involve ourselves heavily in the construction phase and, as such, have gained a wealth of experience that clearly illustrates the differences between drawings and field conditions. This allows us to have a better understanding of construction methods and tolerances when we sit down at the drawing table.
