The company's manufacturing plant in India is based in Yawat 50 km from Pune (Maharashtra) and is manufacturing Safty Fuse under the Brand name "Sun Brand" . The manufacturing unit being spread across 100 acres of land and is equipped to produce and deliver high quality product with a manufacturing capacity of 60 millions meters of Safety Fuse per year, DIEPL is India's largest manufacturer of Safety Fuse. The product for the domestic market is continued to be known "SUN BRAND SAFETY FUSE". The Safety Fuse is supplied in two categories namely, Blue Label Safety Fuse and Green Label Safety Fuse and is sold widely through out India. DIEPL is also expanding its international footprint, established through exports since 1992. The company's Polycoated Safety Fuse which is sold in India as Green Label Safety Fuse is already being exported to Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Jordan, Syria and many African countries.
