Le domaine : Situé à Chalonnes sur Loire, au cœur de l’Anjou noir, Le domaine des Coteaux Blancs, tire son nom des terroirs pentus sur lesquels étaient nichés jadis des pierres blanches aujourd’hui disparues. Une palette de vins colorée au style assurément ligérien. Famille Hilpert & co : C’est la passion du vin qui pousse la famille Hilpert a acquérir cette belle propriété en 2015. Emilie, la fille ainée est à la tête du vignoble. Arnaud, le cadet représente les vins dans le sud-ouest. Les parents Jean-Jacques et Marie-Christine ne sont jamais bien loin. Non issue du monde viticole, notre famille a su s’entourer dès la genèse de cette aventure. Modestie Banchereau orchestre la partie technique du raisin au vin, accompagnée de Mickael et Sylvain. Thibaud Boudignon, vigneron émérite de l’Anjou, apporte ses conseils afin d’obtenir la plus belle expression de notre terroir. Le Domaine des Coteaux Blancs c'est avant tout : - Le fruit d’un travail collaboratif dans une approche éco-responsable toujours en quête de perfectionnement. Notre démarche est honnête et transparente.
