The wide product portfolio of individualised solutions includes (1) vertical filling and packaging machines ("CHUB" and Hot Melt ) with and without clip closure for the automated production of viscous masses e.g. cooked and boiled sausages, soft cheese, sealants, silicones, hot melt / PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesives), bitumen, etc. The filling process is complemented by (2) automated cooling systems with and without water as well as blow-off devices and water treatment systems to enable an automated production of low and high volumes. In addition, Frans Vermee GmbH offers exclusively in Germany, Austria and Switzerland for fresh products the (3) future technology High Pressure Processing (HPP) of the American manufacturer Avure Technologies for high pressure treatment of food. As an outsourcing solution, in addition to the HPP machines, (4) contract filling, HPP tolling or the entire HPP full service solution of fresh products such as juices, smoothies, fruit cups, sauces, guacamole,-dips, cold cuts, raw meat, etc. is also possible.
