Founded in 1980, GeorgeKo Industries, Inc. is family owned and operated and has enjoyed over 30 years experience in the manufacturing of plastic parts. Our custom injection molding facility molds parts serving a broad range of industries including juvenile products, automotive, medical, consumer and construction. Our goal is 100% conformance to customer requirements using the highest industry standards. We have been ISO 9001-2008 certified since June of 2003 and also work with UL on electrical components and assemblies. Being committed to our customers' satisfaction, we offer turn key products that meet or exceed our customers' expectations. GeorgeKo has carved out a niche for itself by specializing in the following areas: short production runs, mold/assemble/pack & ship products, tool transfers, insert molding, overmolding and reshoring of tools from overseas. Reshoring is the transfer of tools into our facility from overseas manufactures. We have developed a procedure to evaluate the tools, adapt them to our processing requirements and manufacture parts. We have set up our production process to be able to perform a lot of short run productions - 50% of our business are production runs that are less that 24 hours long. Over the past three years we have inherited over 120 tools from other molding facilities. We evaluate the tool, perform first article samples and if need be, refurbish the tool so that is acceptable for production. We can offer our customers the entire production solution. We mold all the needed parts, assemble, label, package, warehouse and ship to the end customer. We ship all over the world using small parcel shipments, LTL as well as full truck load.
