In a short span of time the plant has expanded it installed capacity of 36000 Mt. per annum. We have established ourselves as quality manufacture exporter in the ever growing market of Municipal Castings, Castings for Water Works Industries, Counterweights and other Agricultural and Industrial Castings. The plant is constructed on an areas of 520000Sq Ft. of land and has a built up area of 200000 Sq Ft. To have a firm commitment towards minimizing environmental impact - 30% of the land has been earmarked for green project and adequate pollution control equipment's have been installed. Apart from state of the art plant and machinery our work force if highly skilled, trained and disciplined. We have fully equipped lab to meet international quality standards. A robust quality assurance system operates to check quality for meeting the standards of our buyers. We have recently installed one horizontal high pressure line from Belloi & Romangnoli, Italy, having box size of 1000×1000×250/250mm, producing 80 moulds/hr and one vertical high pressure line from China having box size of 1100×1050×180-350mm, producing 180 moulds/hr to achieve the highest quality of castings. With the Green Sand Moulding facility the company can do castings from 5 kgs to about 120 kgs depending upon the casting size. We also have a No Bake Moulding facility where we can do single piece castings upto 3.5 tons. In a short span of time we are catering to the prestigious export markets of USA, UK, SPAIN, GERMANY, POLAND, ITALY, FRANCE, IRELAND, PORTUGAL, AUSTRIA and most of the countries of MIDDLE EAST.
