Our goal is to provide software that is flexible enough to meet the needs of most businesses without requiring much change to your own processes, and to provide software that is easy to use and ultimately save your businesses time and money. Our technical helpdesk is manned by the people who write the software (who are all based in the UK), so you can always count on having an expert to answer your questions. We provide you with a dedicated account manager so you can discuss your ongoing and changing requirements with someone who knows who you are, and what your business does and needs. We keep ourselves engaged with our customers, constantly seeking feedback, allowing us to continuously improve our product. Timesheet Portal was launched in January 2009 and has been growing steadily since, and is now used by over 250 companies across the globe. Our technical roadmap is highly influenced by our customer's voices, and this has allowed us to produce a product that can be customised to meet the needs of many businesses. Some of these developments form part of our core offering, and some are completely bespoke.
