Dr Olga Lavalle established her own psychological practice in 2006 after 18 years working in the public sector. She is the founder and principal of Dr Olga Lavalle & Associates, leading a team of highly skilled and experienced psychologists. During the early stages of Olga's career, she worked in community mental health, conducted research projects in collaboration with the University of Wollongong, developed staff training programs on managing aggression and violence, and worked on inpatient mental health units.
