We are an independent oil and gas exploration and production company with 6 licences in four countries offshore West Africa (Republic of Congo, Senegal, The Gambia and Nigeria). The Company has achieved key operational milestones across its licences, having rapidly matured its exploration portfolio by acquiring more than 13,400km2 of 3D seismic data and drilling multiple exploration wells. PetroNor E&P is present in West Africa with 2P reserves of 11.19 MMbbls and an average production of 2,620 bopd. In addition, we hold a portfolio of exploration licences in The Gambia and Senegal with mean prospective oil resources of about 4.9 billion barrels (ERC Equipoise Competent Persons Report April 2014 in conjunction with ERCE Audit January 2015 and ERCE Letters March 2015). The synergies between our business model and the latest technologies developed continuously in the offshore of the Norwegian Continental Shelf allow for maximum commercial outcome with the least environmental impact. PetroNor E&P gives special interest to IOR (improved oil recovery) for improved and efficient operations.
