Phoenix Power owns, maintains and operates the Sur Independent Power Plant. The plant is located in the Sur Industrial Estate between the Oman LNG plant terminal and Oman India Fertilizer Company plant in Sur, approximately 175km south-east of Muscat in Oman. The plant has been in full commercial operation since December 2014 and with an installed capacity of 2000MW, Phoenix Power proudly contributes c. 27.8% of Oman's total MIS contracted capacity making the company and the project key to the Sultanate's power infrastructure.
