Pakistan Progressive Associates (PPA) is one of the leading recruitment & management consultant firms licensed by the Government of Pakistan. Since 1975 we are licensed by The Ministry of Labor, Manpower and Overseas Employment, Government of Pakistan for recruitment of Manpower, and so far we have assisted over 16000 engineering and other technical personnel in obtaining gainful jobs with numerous American, German and Saudi firms in Middle Eastern countries. Salient features of our services are: PPA guarantees selection of competent personnel according to the requirement of client, for which a Module is developed incorporating job specification and job description for manpower required for a particular project. PPA does not take any gratification from workers and thus selection & processing on merit is ensured PPA takes minimum time to complete selection, documentation, visa protectorate and travel formalities of workers. Paperwork is completed through a network supported by various check-lists and other up-to-date tools to ensure timely completion of various formalities such as advertisement, screening applications, interviewing candidates, testing the candidates for skills & medical fitness, documentation, visa endorsement, protectorate and travel arrangement. We recruit, select and dispatch right type of personnel with guarantee to repatriate. We also manage personnel at job sites by way of providing complete life base facilities through its military style management.
