Here at Primo Drinks our thoughts continue to be with our customers, their staff and their families at this difficult time. There appears to be more and more "noise" about dates in which the government will allow licenced premises, under guidelines for social distancing, to be able to re-open for business. Currently we are anticipating that this date will be Saturday 4th July and as such are therefore planning what this will look like from a Primo Drinks point of view. We are bringing in fresh dated kegs w/c 15th June, they will be available for collection. We will commence a delivery service from 29th June. We anticipate that this will cause some customers to remain closed and as such we will continue to keep you appraised of what we are doing on our website. But you are free to call us at any time to discuss your business needs, we will be here to help as much as we can. We will have some of our team available prior to the 4th July to speak too but we are currently working with a limited number of staff and so you may experience some delay with your call being answered. Please also turn your attention to the links below "Returnyourbeer" & "MyDiageo" as these are now the websites in which you have to access to upload all of your information regarding eligible out of date keg and cask products. In order to get any and all appropriate credits this needs to be completed prior to the 31st July, so don't delay and register your beer as soon as possible. Please also follow all of the instructions on these websites in relation to the destruction of beer that is no longer sellable, and only carry out this destruction when told to do so in line with the relevant BBPA/HMRC guidance.
