Stillfried Wien is the vision of entrepreneurs Anna and Michael Trubrig, a Viennese couple who share a lifelong passion for art and design. It was founded in 2013 in the lively neighborhood of Tribeca in New York and opens its second location in Los Angeles vibrant Art District in Downtown LA in 2019. The showrooms offer an exceptional mix of cutting-edge modern design, traditional craftmanship and European sensibility. From iconic lighting to breathtaking glassware, one of a kind furniture and interior accessories the aim is to offer collections that last for generations, with an ever present focus on design, quality, and sustainability. Team Anna Trubrig, CEO Anna grew up in Vienna in a family passionate for Art and Design. After she graduated from University with a Business Degree and an MBA in Project Management she continued her studies of History of Art in Pisa, Italy. Her ensuing career spanned fine arts marketing, PR, and sales for companies and galleries in London and Vienna.Her passion for great design and craftsmanship, her expertise in Austrian design, and her love for New York resulted in founding Stillfried Wien. Anna currently lives in New York City with her husband Michael and their three children. anna.trubrig@stillfried.com SAMUEL AGUIRRE, Director Business Development Sams diverse professional background in furniture design, wood interiors, sales, and construction management has lead him to take a leadership role at Stillfried Wien. As the Director of Business Development, his day to day conversation with the design community revolves around furniture trends, end user needs, thoughtful design, and its role in our everyday lives. He considers it a privilege to be surrounded by design in one of the design capitals of the world and is grateful for the opportunities life has presented.
