THE DORR MILL STORE

For over 45 years the Dorr Mill Store has been manufacturing woolen fabrics for the fiber arts. For many years it was made across the street at Dorr Woolen Company's mill. After the mill closed we've had it made domestically to our specifications. Our fabric is used for traditional rug hooking, braiding, wool appliqué (penny rugs), military reenactments, hand dying, cloth baby diapers, clothing, doll making, and whatever other projects fiber artists and craftspeople have in mind. We sell our wool all over the U.S., Canada-and as far a field as Japan- to stores, hand dyers, fiber arts teachers, hat makers, and wholesale and direct retail customers.
