The brand was created by two tradies who met in Brisbane. Ed and Daniel have built a brand, which will re shape the image of tradies everywhere, and in doing so, start the conversation around suicide in Australian men. In doing so we will lower the current rate of suicide in this country, so that families everywhere don't have to suffer the needless loss of their sons, fathers and brothers. Trademutt represents progressive change in the attitudes and mind sets of men everywhere, and encourages the sentiment of being a 'Good Bloke'. By wearing a Trademutt shirt, we stand for respect among people everywhere no matter their differences, a nonviolent approach to life, and most importantly a willingness to reach out and support anyone who needs it. Trademutt shirts will wear the logo 'This is a conversation starter' across the back. Our partnership with TIACS is an effort to effect change and lower the rate of male suicide in Australia. A percentage of all sales will go towards funding the TIACS movement, and the exciting ways they are facilitating the expression of mental health conversations.
