Like all of you, we have struggled to navigate through this uncertain time. Showroom Update -We are always happy to assist you with a virtual selection utilizing our website, sending samples through UPS or mail, but this process can be difficult for all but the most experienced professional designer. Therefore, our showroom is being reopened by appointment only. Please contact Verona Schneider to schedule a selection time that is convenient. For your safety, you will shop like Elvis the only customer in the store (although you will be expected to wear mask and gloves, which we can provide if needed). You can rest assured that every effort has been made to provide a clean environment and allow you the time and attention needed to make your design decisions. Phone (314) 209-7719 Sample Pickup - Call ahead to make arrangements, call again when youre in our lot, and well be happy to offer a curbside delivery of samples. We can place them right in your truck, hatch, or trunk for zero human interaction. For those contractors and designers who need 10 minutes to look around before taking samples out to your customer, call Verona. Shell accommodate you if it doesnt conflict with another selection. Warehouse Pickup - For best service, always call in your orders ahead of time. Give us enough time and well make every effort to have your order ready to go. Call again when you arrive, and well get you back on your way in no time. If you need additional service, we have cordoned off space for you inside, but please wear a mask and observe social distancing from any customer who may be before you, as well as from our warehouse personnel.
