Le prime fodere ed i primi tappetini per auto,furono confezionati all’interno di un piccolo laboratorio nel lontano 1964,utilizzando una modellistica di tutto rispetto per i pochi automezzi in circolazione che sommando le varie marche esistenti nel mercato dell’auto non arrivavano ad un centinaio in totale.Si riusciva comunque a soddisfare le varie richieste nonostante una tecnologia di confezione ancora in embrione.A distanza di 50 anni circa le cose pero’ sono cambiate radicalmente.Oggi l’attivita’ si svolge su un area coperta di 3000 mq,i modelli utilizzati in conseguenza dello sviluppo del settore auto sono circa 4000, l’aggiornamento per i nuovi modelli immessi sul mercato e’ continuo.Questo genere di servizio,unico in italia,colloca la union a livelli di eccellenza.L’utilizzo di materie prime e manodopera italiana di buona professionalita’ permette la realizzazione di un prodotto con giusto rapporto qualita prezzo sottoposto a rigidi e continui controlli.La UNION non e’ stata attratta dal miraggio asiatico ed ha proseguito con coerenza nelle proprie scelte. Nonostante l’enorme confusione che regna sul mercato ostinatamente prosegue la lavorazione di prodotti innovativi e di qualita’ nella convinzione che il consumatore continui a rivolgersi sempre verso un acquisto del “made in italy”
