VAS Engineering has provided San Diego with Quality Contract manufacturing services for the electronics industry, as well as electronic design engineering services since 1987. We are ISO 9001:2008 Certified. We are a privately held, minority owned business, conveniently located in a 20,000-sq. ft. facility in Kearny Mesa; the heart of San Diego's electronic industry. The tremendous growth that VAS Engineering has experienced is a direct result of our dedication to providing our customers with quality products and outstanding service with on-time delivery. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment and dedicated staff allows us to provide customers a quick turnaround on orders while maintaining our competitive edge. We utilize a computer based, fully integrated MRP system for turnkey manufacturing. All consignment kits are audited 100% for discrepancies, of which are reported within 48 hours. Our facility is fully insured, and products are protected while in our facility as well as in transit. Our engineers thoroughly check the documentation of each assembly before it is processed. All assemblies are entered into a computer-based system that continuously monitors and updates all assemblies with revisions per engineering change orders. We appreciate the importance of using process control to maintain consistently high quality standards. Therefore, we establish and document all process parameters.
