Our state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment and dedicated staff allows us to provide customers a quick turnaround on orders while maintaining our competitive edge. We utilize a computer based, fully integrated MRP system for turnkey manufacturing. All consignment kits are audited 100% for discrepancies, of which are reported within 48 hours. Our facility is fully insured, and products are protected while in our facility as well as in transit. Our engineers thoroughly check the documentation of each assembly before it is processed. All assemblies are entered into a computer-based system that continuously monitors and updates all assemblies with revisions per engineering change orders. We appreciate the importance of using process control to maintain consistently high quality standards. Therefore, we establish and document all process parameters.
