XPLORE INSTRUMENTS BV.
Xplore started in the 90s within DSM Research to develop and build new processing instruments for internal R&D departments of commodity and engineering plastics. In the last decade our focus successfully broadened to external customers and other markets/ applications. This resulted in many innovative new developments and a broad portfolio of screening tools for material formulation development in various application areas. Although a successful instrument company, it was not core business of DSM, a global science-based company active in health, nutrition and materials. End of 2013 it was mutually decided that our activities have more potential outside DSM. Since March 2014, Xplore spun out of DSM to become an independent, privately owned company, officially named Xplore Instruments BV. This enables us to be even more dedicated to our core business: developing, building and selling the best micro processing and shaping instruments in the world. In short, we are available for you with our screening tools to support you in all your formulation development challenges. We are at your service!
