Our ability to use local growers allows us to assure the highest quality raw material with year round availability and the utmost of food safety and traceability. It also allows us the ability to return, to the same fields which it was grown, any unused portion of the sweet potato minimizing the environmental impact that removal to landfills might create. n fact our total process is in keeping with green technology.
